Replies Handling

  1. Login to your Clientforce account.
  2. Select “Campaigns”.

3. Click on the campaign you want to set reply handling for. Click “Settings”.

4. Select “Replies Handling”

5. Specify what you want to do when a lead replies to your emails. Mark a lead as ‘Finished’ or choose to ‘Continue sending emails’ by clicking on the drop-down icon.

6. You can also set Clientforce to mark a lead as ‘Finished’ if the contact doesn’t reply within a set time. To do this, set your desired time by clicking on the ‘Up’ and ‘Down arrows to increase or decrease the number of days you wish.
