How To Enable/Disable Opens Tracking

  1. Login to your Clientforce account.
  2. Select “Campaigns”

3. Select the campaign you want to enable/disable opens tracking for.

4. Click on “Settings”

5. Click on “General Settings”

6. Click on “Disable Opens Tracking” button.

7. To enable, simply click the button again.
